Officer Matt Ballard

Officer Ballard - Montgomery

We would like to recognize one of our outstanding Security Officers located out of our Montgomery office. Officer Ballard noted an individual in the client's parking lot who was carrying a firearm. He immediately notified the client's control room in Birmingham and the Montgomery police responded. The next day, Officer Ballard noted three individuals in the parking lot — including the suspect from the previous day. One of these persons approached the front door, but quickly backed away when he saw Officer Ballard. Officer Ballard's presence and vigilance prevented any criminal mischief from occurring and prompted the client to add security to their parking lot. Great job Officer Ballard!

Officer James Sackett

Officer Sackett - Chattanooga

James Sackett has been with Security Engineers, Inc since September of 2021. He is the Lead Officer for one of the City of Chattanooga accounts. He is always professional, outgoing and willing to help when he can. He is always willing to go above and beyond for both Security Engineers, the client and his fellow officers. Besides working for Security Engineers, he also participates and helps with the Sturgis event in Sturgis, SD as he is an avid motorcyclist. He is a great father, friend and of course officer. He is very deserving of this recognition! Thank you Officer Sackett for your great work!

Officer Joshua Conner

Officer Conner - Birmingham

On 4/21/22 a suicidal customer incident occurred at one of our bank clients' location. Officer Conner acted quickly and was able to make contact with the local EMS and Police Department to get them on-scene rapidly enough that catastrophe was avoided. Officer Conner’s skill, professionalism, and commitment to duty reflected greatly upon himself as well as Security Engineers and will serve as an example for others to follow in the years to come. He truly is a Security Engineers' “Operations Champion!”

Regions Tradition Golf Tournament – Greystone

Regions Tradition Golf Championship gave Security Engineers the task of putting together a responsible and dependable team for Security purposes. Security Engineers officers had the responsibility of securing the premises and equipment on the property throughout the duration of the Regions Tradition Golf Tournament. Officers were to make sure all parties were directed to specified destinations in which officers checked wrist bands and approved entry into events.

We would like to thank all of our hard working officers and supervisors for a job well done at the Regions Tradition Golf Tournament at Greystone this year. We couldn’t have done it without you guys.
