Warren has been with Security Engineers, Inc. since 2004. He started off as a field supervisor & has worked his way up to the manager of training.
As the Manager of Training, Power researches, prepares and instructs all pre-assignment training for Security Officers. Audio/visual classroom instruction, testing and live-fire firearms training for clients are all conducted at the Security Engineers, Inc. Corporate Office and Training Facility located in downtown Birmingham. Warren is certified through the FBI Firearms Instructor course, FBI Police Instructor Development course & as a Certified Active Shooter Level 1 Instructor through Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training.
Shelley came to Security Engineers, Inc. with 20 years of experience in marketing, graphic design & web design. She has started several local & national magazines & has won many awards for her design work over the years.

Mark came to Security Engineers in 2006 and has worked his way from a front-line Security Officer through the ranks of Site Supervisor, Project Manager and Corporate Department Head. A combat veteran and former active-duty Marine, he also boasts a Bachelors Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice: Advanced Counterterrorism & Homeland Security. Mark holds instructor certifications as an NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor for Handgun/Shotgun/Patrol Rifle/Tactical Shooting, PPCT (Pressure Point Control Techniques) Defensive Tactics Instructor, SHARP (Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention) Instructor, TAC Chemical Weapons Instructor and ASRB (Alabama Security Regulatory Board) Trainer 2. He also holds a Certification from the esteemed Force Science Institute. Mark’s primary responsibility is to provide consultation to prospective clients and key community stakeholders on SEI’s integrated security solutions.
Rebecca comes to Security Engineers, Inc. with over 16 years of sales management experience in the security industry.
As the Director of the Security Support Solutions Group, Rebecca leads the team in identifying potential customers. Rebecca serves as SEI’s executive security solution architect working with potential customers to design a strategic program to address their specific security needs. Rebecca is a member of Connect: Professional Women’s Network, a licensed EMT-Intermediate and Wilderness EMT and First Aid / CPR / AED / Bloodborne Pathogens Instructor.
Mike came to Security Engineers in February 1996 with 16 years of experience in law enforcement as a municipal police officer with Gadsden and Piedmont Police Departments. Mike has earned many distinctions as his experience and duties have grown with Security Engineers:

Sean came to Security Engineers, Inc. in 2014 as temporary event staff. He quickly worked himself up the chain of command, where he is now the manager of operations for our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL.
Patricia works closes with our HR Dept to find the best talent for multiple job sites across Alabama as well as our outer offices. From pre-screening, to interviewing to starting the on-boarding process, Patricia plays a key role at our corporate office in ensuring the right people are placed at the right job site.
