SEI Inc.’s Rudy Trahan specializes in providing both.  As District Manager, Rudy oversees the daily operations in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. His main responsibilities with SEI, Inc. as District Manager include: 

  •  Manage accounts in the southeastern part of Tennessee and north Georgia 
  •  Ensure 24/7 availability for client and employee needs 
  •  Recruit, maintain and supervise quality security officers and security guards in Chattanooga, Tennessee
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to meet SEI, Inc. and the State of TN training requirements as a State Certified Trainer. 
  • Ensure Chattanooga security guard applicants meet SEI, Inc. qualifications such as criminal history and prior employment checks, drug testing, etc. 
  • Conduct Site Surveys 
  • Design, produce and update Security Post Instructions to meet the needs of individual clients 
  • Highlight key points of interest and install patrol tour systems at client facilities 
  • Develop and maintain a marketing database in the southeastern part of Tennessee and north Georgia with the support of Connie Morin, Regional Sales Manager
