- Developing Security Post Instructions to fit the specific needs of individual sites
- Ensuring 24hr availability for clients needs or special requests
- Ensure applicants meet Security Engineers' qualifications such as criminal history and prior employment checks, drug testing, etc.
- Provide initial training and develop ongoing training programs to meet client specific needs
