As Director of Operations, Joel is primarily responsible for designing and implementing security officer schedules and is a major factor in the selection of officers for post assignment. Joel manages a staff of 10 – 12 personnel who provide 24 hour-a-day Dispatch and Field Supervision for Birmingham area clients.
